With plans starting as low as $12/month*(paid annually) you can receive discounts on services ranging from your yearly eye health check up to eyewear to LASIK with one of our amazing partners. While we cannot provide discounts on top of your existing Vision Plans we can supplement where they fall short, whether that is looking for a great second pair of glasses, an additional exam if you notice your prescription shifting or a great priced alternative to your current plan. With our great plans you save anywhere from 20%-90% on all of our provided optical services.

  • Is there a credit check or health questionnaire?

    We do not require any credit checks or health questionnaires beyond needing to know your basic medical history to provide you with the best care possible.

  • Is there a limit to the number of family members on a plan?

    There is no limit to the number of family members that can be added to your plan, the standard family plan covers 4 individuals, additional family members can be added for $84/year. 

  • How long before my plan is effective?

    Your plan is effective immediately upon sign up.

  • Can my family or spouse/partner be added to my individual plan mid-year?

    Yes, they can be added and upgraded to a multi-member plan at any time
